7H Chartered Surveyors prepare Schedules of Dilapidations on both commercial and domestic properties and which can be costed if required and are accompanied by photographic evidence, plans and other supporting documentation. All schedules produced adhere strictly to the latest RICS guidelines and regulations.
Schedules of Condition
We provide highly detailed Schedules of Condition for the commercial property market mainly. However, residential Landlords should also provide such detailed reports to protect both parties to a letting arrangement. Our Schedules are supported by a large amount of photographic evidence, to minimise misunderstanding.
